Manager Treasury & Trade
You will be responsible for managing the Treasury and Foreign Trade activities of the organization inclusive of foreign cash flows and for liquidity management.
Key responsibilities
- Review Market conditions and make recommendations/generate proposals for Asset/Liability and Liquidity Management
- Strategic and Operational oversight of both Interest Rates and Foreign Exchange Rates, conducting negotiating with various stakeholders
- Review agenda, minutes, proposals etc., for meetings of the organizations Asset & Liability Committee and any other as required, ensuring proper management & governance
- Oversight of the Transfer and Trade department
- Manage people at the concerning department
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc (Finance) in Banking related field
- Minimal 7 years post graduate experience in the financial sector, of which 3 at management level in preferably Treasury Operations, Asset management or Corporate/Investment Banking
Skills & Competences
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent spoken and written English & Dutch
- Knowledge of investment products, Treasury Management, Foreign Exchange Market and Banking Operations
- Strong Computer Literacy (MS word and MS Excel)
