JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver optimum business results for areas of accountability
- Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviours and basic people skills necessary to gain commitment from crew and other Shift Managers
- Maintain critical standards for raw and finished products quality, service speed, quality and cleanliness
- Properly execute, enforce and manage all food safety and sanitation requirements and practices
- Carry out relevant administrative tasks for assigned shifts
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Hospitality degree or High school diploma (VWO/HAVO/IMEAO)
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Excellent communications skills
- Flexible and self-motivated
