FUSECON N.V is looking for a Finance & Human Resource Administrator
Fusecon Short for Full Service Concept is a petroleum/mining service company located in Paramaribo, Suriname. Providing construction, maintenance, new equipment sales, and environmental Remedial services to Petroleum & Mining Companies. Fusecon currently employs 36 personnel over 3 different work locations in Suriname. Fusecon being an affiliate of Prologic Group Inc. in the United States, has technicians trained by OEMs such as Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Franklin Fueling Systems and Gorman-Rupp Pumps. The Company is putting great emphasis on Environmental, Health and Safety and therefore has provided training for its personnel in FUSECON Health & Safety Plan to improve its practices.
We currently have a Job opportunity for a Finance and HR administrator.
He or she is responsible for the execution of but not limited to the following activities:
- Finance Activities in processing invoices, daily reconciliation of Cash ledgers, manage daily cash usages and administrate daily cash vouchers and prepare weekly payment overview
- Human Relations Activities such as monitoring timesheets, leave and illness status , keeping track of overtime and normal working hours; monitor insurance SOR, Medical; prepare monthly payroll and organize necessities according to policy for new hires; develop monthly report for operation management.
- Procurement activities such as requesting quotes for goods and service, developing Purchase order through QuickBooks system, monitor REQ to PO; Inventory monitoring; Negotiation with suppliers and ordering.
Required education
- Office manager or similar
- HBO Public Administration or similar
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience

The Candidate must have good communication skills, unlimited thinking (out of the box), must be self-determined, punctual, takes initiative, have problem solving abilities, think analytically, must be able to take decisions in line of responsibilities, is result driven, think strategically with a customer focus and is able to work as a member of a team.
